At Dacula Family Dentistry, we take pride in our commitment to excellence in the care we provide and the level of service you can expect each time you visit our office. Our goal is to create a warm, relaxing environment where you and your loved ones are always greeted with friendly, helpful smiles. Dacula dentist Dr. Carey Norton enjoys sharing her day with our outstanding team members:

Karen, Registered Dental Hygienist

"I love helping my patients with understanding their oral health needs. It is really encouraging to observe the transformation from an unhealthy condition to well-managed dental health. We all celebrate the results! This just reinforces the value of the partnership between the patient and their dental team.

We have the best patients in our practice! Our priority is making each person comfortable and we do this by addressing their concerns, first. We so enjoy sharing great moments with our patients; a favorite memory for me was a special needs patient that was able to stand still enough to have a dental x-ray, we were so proud of her accomplishment!"

Karen has been with Dacula Family Dentistry since 2000. She originally joined the dental profession in 1982; our patients and team all benefit from her wealth of experience as a dental hygienist. She clearly enjoys what she does and wants to help her patients in any way that she can. Karen has a wonderful family; she and her husband Jerry have been married for 33 years, they have two daughters, Brooke and Kayla, and a son, Justin. Karen's favorite hobbies are gardening, fishing and spending time with her children.

Maria, Dental Assistant

"I enjoy doing restorative dentistry and helping people achieve a smile they never thought they would have. I have worked with Dr. Norton for over 10 years and it feels like we are a family here – feels like home! We have wonderful patients who have been coming to us for over 20 years.

Dr. Norton is gentle and kind. She emphasizes the importance of listening to each patient's concerns and making them comfortable during treatment. We love helping patients get excited about their dentistry. A favorite story of mine is a patient that cried after I handed her the mirror to look at her ‘new smile’. She had several crowns done and had been so worried about the treatment, she was happy with the result and completely relieved. She said she'll never go anywhere else."

Maria's dedication to dentistry and helping others is inspiring. A member of the dental profession since 1999, she joined Dacula Family Dentistry in 2002. Maria continually expands her knowledge as a dental assistant and also volunteers at the Hebron Dental Clinic. She enjoys traveling and teaching Sunday school for 3rd and 4th graders at her church. Maria's husband is from Italy, so they have fun trying new recipes! She also loves spending time with her big Romanian family, she has 6 siblings.

Halley, Patient Care Coordinator, Dental Assistant

"Dentistry is fun! I know some patients are a little nervous about going to the dentist, but Dr. Norton really wants to make our patients feel completely at home and relaxed while they are in our care. Our beach theme and laid-back atmosphere make our office a great place to work and to visit.

Our dental family is growing! I love meeting new patients and catching up with our families that have been with us for years. Every day we help people love their smile; for some, it has been a while since they have been able to do this. What could be better than that?"

Halley helps keep our office running smoothly! As a member of the dental profession since 2005, Halley is talented as both a front office administrator and as a dental assistant, which allows her to help our patients with their questions about their treatment or their account. She is a wonderful, energetic member of our team. Away from the office, Halley loves playing with her boys, spending time outdoors going to the beach, and football season.
